KD7

KD 7 With the highly anticipated release of his second colorway, I’m still not sure how I feel about the new design of Durancula’s seventh signature model. The KD IV (4) & VI (6), both designed by Leo Chang, were groundbreaking designs (in my opinion) and the expectations for model VII (7) was extremely high.

My first reaction was… “They look like football cross trainers.”

A bit heavier and bulkier in design, Leo strayed slightly left of the sleek and slim look that made the IV & VI models borderline Jordan Retro status. While the $150 sticker price still makes the shoe appealing only time will tell if the KD7 will grow on me or added to my collection.
